ME one way?

my future in-laws will be flying to MCO, spending a week at their house down there, then driving over to WDW for our wedding. since they are going from WDW back to MCO, can book ME, but just use it on the way back (ie: not put the tags on the luggage on their way down)?
the plan was:
~ rent a car at MCO for the week.
~ Check in at POP and Drop off the luggage
~ drive the car to Swan/Dolphin Car Care Center (which would limit them to Alamo/National when they get the car at MCO)
~ bum around WDW from the Swan/Dolphin and take transport to Pop at night
~ then take ME from Pop to MCO when its time to go home.

I just booked one way for clients going to the beach afterwards, its no problem!! I wouldn't put the tags on the luggage until after they arrive it could become confusing at the airport!!

Why not just use ME and have the luggage transported to the resort? Less hassle for them.
