ME luggage ?

I know the ME question has been beaten to death, but I haven't seen the answer to my question in the threads so here goes.

I know you can put your carry on baggage onto ME, but what happens at the resort? Can you take your own stuff to your room?

We'll be getting in kinda late and by the time we get from the airport to the resort it will be 10-10:30 pm. I don't want luggage delivered at midnight (we hope to be asleep by then).

If you brought it on the bus with you sure there is no reason why you can't take your own luggage to your room.
