ME - Luggage in Rooms Question?

Hi! I just booked my airfare yesterday and called Disney to make my ME arrangements. Our flight will arrive in Orlando at 5:10 pm. Should I expect to see our luggage in our room that night? Or plan to not see it till the next day? I always pack a change of clothes in a carryon just in case but I'd pack better if I knew what to expect.
