ME if after midnight?

My sister's flight time was changed to arrive after midnight. Will she still be able to use ME?

Yes. She should notify ME of the change in flight time and/or flight number as soon as possible. Also she should bring the ME phone number in case no one is at the welcoming area.

At that late hour, picking up yellow tagged baggage at the carousel is often permitted and occasionally mandatory as opposed to being impossible.
