ME for 7:10 a.m. flight...any issues?

Your pickup time at your resort for a 7:10 AM flight would be between 3:55 AM and 4:25 AM.

The only real "issue" is that you can't use Resort Airline Check-in (RAC) for early morning flights, regardless of airline. The RAC desk opens at 5:00 AM and guests must check in 3-12 hours before their flight time. So RAC is not an option unless your flight is after 8:00 AM.

The only other "issue" is that you'll have to get up awfully early.

We are thinking about staying at an airport hotel our last day so we don't have to get up soooooo early! Any suggestions?

The RAC desk only is open from 5:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., so that doesn't offer a window for travelers with an early morning flight to use the service. An airport hotel could save you money and an hour (two tops) on the morning of your departure, but will cost you an hour or two plus the cost of transfers on the day prior. You probably could finagle some kind of DME to airport, then free hotel transfer the night before, but that's likely a couple of hours right there.
