I received my daughter's tags yesterday. She is meeting us after a cruise. Her departure info is not listed. Also D/O is at SSR and P/U is at BWV. It says SSR on both. I was on the phone making these res. with MS for 20 minutes. I haven't gottenour return tags yet. Is the departure info usually listed? Should I call MS again?

If you have problems with your Magical Express homebound information, I really suggest you take care of it at the resort, after you get there!

Save long distance charges holding on the phone.

Folks have said you can cross out and rewrite the resort name on the yellow tags, but the latest information is you should not cross out the bar codes. They need the bar codes to match your check in at the welcoming area with the baggage delivery process since they really should not remove baggage from the confines of the airport without first identifying the owner.

I'm a little confused by the OP. Are you looking for tags to put on your luggage for your return from your resort to MCO? There's no such thing. There are no luggage tags you use so your bags can get from your resort to MCO on the day you leave WDW.

Just a reminder: the DME tags exist so that workers can pull the DME bags at MCO before they reach the baggage claim carousel, when you arrive at MCO. For your way FROM your resort back to MCO, one of two things happen:

If you're on a participating airline, you bring your luggage to the Resort Airline Check-in desk at your resort, and at that place and time your luggage will be tagged with the actual airline luggage tag that will be used (you know, the sticky tag with the 3-letter destination airport code). From that point, that luggage is in the custody of your airline and of TSA, the same as if it was checked in at the airport. Thus, there's no need for any special DME tag.

If you're not on a participating airline, you take your luggage to the bus yourself, and when you arrive at MCO you get your luggage back from the driver. From that point, you're just a family at the airport with your luggage, and you check in like usual. Thus, you don't need any special DME tags.

I hope this makes sense.

We are on Southwest so I know that we will be carrying our own bags but on the return to the MCO pass it says SSR only. When I booked they asked for all of our return flight info and on the tag it just says SSR instead of BWV. This is our first time so I am not really familiar with how it works.
