one of my guests on my reservation can no longer make the trip. i can't find how to remove her from my reservation on my MDX online. do i have to call or am i missing something. TIA

If she doesn't have her own MDX account, and you created, and manage her, then you have two choices. You can call and have her removed, OR you can create an email address, make a new MDX account using her name, and that new email address, then log into your MDX, and "invite" her profile using that new email address. Once you have accepted from her MDX profile, you can then remove her profile from your MDX friends and family list.

I'm not the OP, but I appreciate this information. I was finally able to remove my "extras", but I had to set up 3 bogus accounts to associate them with. If I had realized how this worked in the beginning I wouldn't have added my traveling party from a one day trip in 2016 to my account to begin with. At this point they don't want their own account, and I just wanted them out of my account! Disney needs to come up with a better way to handle this in my opinion.

You can call IT and have them removed.

I have my Ex husband on my account and IT can't remove him. I'm going to try the other method and see if that gets rid of him for good.

My thanks to hiroMYhiro who was the one to share that information with me. I also had several names which needed to leave my MDX, and couldn't figure out how to go about it.
