MDX Question

Last week I made changes to our trip. I adjusted fastpass times and added/cancelled dining ressies through MDX on my laptop. When I go on MDX on my phone, the changes haven't been made. I clicked refresh plans, but it's still the same. The only change was the dining ressie I added is now on there, but fastpasses haven't changed times & the dining ressie I cancelled is still shown on there. Is there something else I am supposed to do so it is accurate on my phone?

What happens when you access your account throug the website, not the app?

It's most likely just a glitch.

I had the same thing happen to me when I changed my NYE FP on my computer and my phone still had my old times I had to log off shout down the app a few times and it took a few days but then they were all the same

If you close and restart the app sometimes it helps. The app is really glitchy and refreshing doesn’t always work.

For whatever reason the plans area on the app rarely updates no matter what, which will cause an error if you try to modify

But, if you go in on the app to the fast pass area it should show the correct times.

Example
Right now in my plans I originally made a FP for Navi at 3:00. I've since moved it to 11:30. If I look at My Plans it shows as 3:00. If I try to tap it to change it I get an error. However if I go back and tap get Fast pass it will show the correct time of 11:30 and I can then modify, etc

Thank for the help! I had to log out of MDX, shut down my phone, restart it & log in again. It still was wrong, but then I clicked refresh & it updated all plans correctly.
