MDX question - how to change who manages a profile

Is it possible to switch over who manages a profile. The profiles are listed in both MDX accounts, just want to see if it possible to change which account manages a profile.

Are they minors that you are trying to switch?

Pretty sure you just add additional 18+ people to see/manage the kids profile. They can then comanage them. If you really want then you can remove yourself from being the primary. Have not tried this but it gives me the option of both my kids.

On our account we have 3 adults and two kids. We were told that only one adult can manage the kids accounts, even though we want every adult to be able to do so. I haven't figured out how to transfer management to a different adult yet.

Call Disney and ask to speak to someone about MDE and walk them through what you are trying to do. They will help you if it is possible. You might need details about the other adults like address or email addresses to confirm.

Easier to have all adults have the login info for the MDX where the kids are managed.

Managing only means you oversee the tickets. Anyone who is linked can book FPs.

Not trying to take over this thread, but I have a related question. When my mom was making dining ADRs, the system asked her who manages a minor's profile, my sister (the mother of the minor) or me who makes most of the plans. My mom checked that I am managing the minor's profile. Have we messed this up? The minor is listed under my sister's profile and we are all just linked under Friends and Family. I want to make sure before I make all our fastpasses that we haven't accidentally created two child profiles.

It doesn’t matter because anyone can have a Dining Reservation and anyone with linked tickets can book FPs. No one can move a Profile to another MDX account so no worries.
