MDE working right now?

My 180 day mark is today and I can onl get the first day to come up, not my 10+ days. I'm watching the availability disappear in front of me and I can't do anything!!

Sometimes logging out of MDE & back in helps...also the app can be glitchy, so try through a web browser

So now my dates show, but I get the "sorry for the paws..." error message. ugh!!

If you can, try using a different device. I had this same problem on my ADR day. Could not access my +10 on iPad or iPhone using both MDE and website but it DID work on laptop (Windows, not MAC)

Thanks. We have tried both iphones, an ipad, and 2 mac laptops now. Nothing works. Maybe we need a PC.

That stinks. I guess calling (407-WDW-DINE) would be your next move. Phone lines open at 7am EST. I would call at exactly 6:59 and keep hitting redial until 7:00am. The hold times spike up right after 7. Good luck!
