Mde won't work in parks

I'm on disney wifi and the mde will not work in any park. It constantly says bad connection or loads 2 hour old info slowly.

I'm able to use the site in my browser but site is really clunky on a phone and you constantly have to sign in.

I have a s7 edge and the app worked fine at home. I can't use my own data or I would, I don't have data in America.

I read others had this problem wondered if anyone else had a fix. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling.

Disney wifi is notoriously spotty. Some places its good, others not so good. The usual suggestions are:

1. Quit the application entirely and then restart it.
2. Turn off your phone's wifi and then turn it back on
3. Turn off your phone entirely and then turn it back on

Beyond that you might need to have your phone looked at for wifi issues. Yes, I know this probably wasn't very helpful, but our experience with Disney wifi is up and down.

Thanks for trying to help. The wifi is great on the phone, I use it constantly. I think the app is just struggling with the connection then. Oh well. I'd buy a sim i find one

It's the app itself being used over so many people over the same wifi signal.

Every time we go to Disney it's the same thing. The wifi works fine to watch videos, go online, etc..but when it comes to MDE, it won't load wait times (or it'll take forever), it won't automatically refresh so I have to hard exit out then go back in. I just use my own data when going on the MDE app.

So you're not alone.
