First off let me say this, I really like the MDE and FP when it works and isn't glitchy. Last year we had three different rooms for our party and we used military park hoppers that had to be activated at DTD. Somehow my mother, aunt and I all tried to take control of MDE. It took us an hour at POR (DM somehow kicked my DH out of the system altogether) and 3 HOURS at DTD to fix all of our mistakes. It was a very trying day for all of us lol. 
this year we made our reservations early (last years trip, our first, was put together in just a few weeks) and I am the only one in charge of the MDE for DM, DH, DD. Easy. I had learned from our past mistakes. This week my aunt and uncle and 2-possibly 4 cousins decided they will be joining us. Yay! A Disney family reunion. Now the tricky part. 6 of us are using military tix again. The other two (or four) will be arriving days before us and leaving before we do and using regular park hoppers. I had already purchased MM and my cousin purchased one as well. My questions are as follows:
1. Should my cuz and I link with each other on MDE? DM, DD, DH, aunt and uncle are already on mine, although I haven't yet linked their current reservation.
2. Should cuz and I add each other to the others MM?
3. Would it be easier for me and cuz to just make FP separately for overlapping times instead of one person trying to make everyone's FP? They won't want to do everything we will anyway, DD will be 4 and I am certain my cuz will have no interest in A&E or 7dmt.
4. Would it be easier to just keep our MM separate as it is now and share CDs of the pics after the trip? Can CMs scan 2 magic bands for one pic?
I'm trying to find the easiest course of action here because I don't think I can handle another night like our last one at DTD. It didn't seem to work well with multiple MDE accounts last time. Anybody have any insight in this kind of situation? It all seems so complicated it makes my head spin
