MDE with group issues

Hello,
A group of 11 of us are going in a few days. We are staying in 4 separate rooms under 4 separate confirmations. I was in charge of ADRs and Fastpasses for everyone. When I log into my MDE app, I have all 11 of us on every reservation and FP. (I have an iPhone is that matters.)
However, my sister (she has an android) informed me that when she logs into hers, it only shows FPs for random members of our party- like one member from each room or sometimes only two from her room and then one other.
I plan on calling at lunch time, but I was wondering if there were any issues, fixes, tips, etc any of you had for me?
I'd hate to waste time fixing these issues while there.

I'm not sure this is the proper location for this. The Tech board is for problems with DISboards. I think you need to post on the Disney Resorts board, maybe? http://www.disboards.com/forums/disney-resorts.12/
