MDE wait times.

On my iPhone 11 ... I select the second icon on the bottom and the map shows up. I filter on a park.I can see the list of attractions but no wait times. On my iPad it is working fine. Any ideas what may be wrong. I will only have my phone while in the parks. Help please...

Make sure next to filter it says" wait times" in the middle and then show list on right side. You might have something else checked.

IF you are on the correct page ( under Wait Lists ) and the times are not showing up and it's during park hours - try this:

1. Turn your phone off - rest it for 10 seconds and turn back on. Sounds goofy but it can clear things out and rebound your system.
2. If that doesn't work. Make sure your app is the most current version.
3. If that doesn't work, delete the app and try to reload.

Thanks for all,of the advice and tips. Disney Support actually emailed me with a lot of the same tips you suggested. None seemed to work. I waited a few days and just decided to log on and try again and woohoo it worked. I emailed the nice app support person I had been in contact with and let her know... She said it must have been Pixie Dust. Kind of funny actually. Appreciate all of your replies.
