I scheduled my dining reservations over the phone because the site was down on my 180th day and we had some places we knew would fill up quickly. For some reason, the CM put everything under my mom's name, with her as the reservation contact. I think this is part of my problem.
When I try to link them online, it lets me go through the steps, warns me that I cannot make changes because I'm not the reservation contact, and then still does not appear on our list of reservations. My mother is 63 and will never go online to make any changes or look at the reservations. Is there a way to change the reservation contact or some other way to make the reservations show up?
