MDE trouble...

I'm trying to make my ADR's and MDE is giving me problems. Anyone else having issues?? when I try and select a time it just takes me back to the home screen.

I had problems with the app this morning. I had to use the full website (which was glitchy too, but I got through).

Yup...same here. Finding site more glitchy than app though.

I actually called the dining number this morning for another reason and she told me there was nothing reported when I asked about it. Oh well..hopefully we can all get the adr's were want

I have problems constantly. I just logged in and decided to make a ressie for CG. I got as far as the screen telling me that a credit card is needed and when I clicked NEXT it took me back to the WDW home screen. The ressie isn't listed. I have had so many reservations not go through on MDE. I'm worried I'm going to be hit with a bunch of $10 charges for reservations that didn't seem to go through but really did. I think I'm just going to stop. I have three for my upcoming trip. QS is way less stressful!

It may be that someone was grabbing the same ressie as you at the same time. This has happened to me once or twice....they were just able to finish quicker, so therefore the ressie was no longer there for you to confirm....speculation based on experience with other multi-user platforms.

This just seems to be the glitch of the week. I've encountered it before and have always had luck by simply hitting the back button. It should take you back to the last completed step and you should be able to complete the reservation from there. This has almost always worked for me. Even if you get the Donald screen after hitting the reserve button, check your MDE. It's usually gone through and will be sitting there under your reservations.
