MDE Tech Support #?

MDE randomly changed my fiancé's name in her MDE account to MY name... everything else in her profile stayed the same. I cannot get the name to change back in the Profile settings. Has anyone else had this happen? I would like to call MDE Tech Support to try to get it fixed before our trip. I would hate for Mickey to call her by my name instead of hers!

Do you have the MDE mobile app loaded on a smartphone or tablet? The mobile apps will successfully change the name, while the website will not.
