MDE Reservation Question

I just booked an August trip for eight family members. I would like to share the reservation with everyone so they can link to MDE. What I'm wondering is if I am in control of the reservations- I don't want anyone inadvertently canceling something.

Can hotel or dining reservations be changed by anyone linked in? Is there anything I should be aware of?

If it's a DVC Points reservation, there will not be an option to cancel in MDE. That can only be done by phone with MS or using DVCMember.com.

As for dining, only the account that made the ADR will have a cancel link.
