I am experiencing problems with our MDE account. All of our friends and family is listed finally and I got all of our tickets and APs linked to each guest no problem. The problem lies with our reservations. We have two rooms booked but it is only showing one. When I try to link the other room it keeps telling me that the reservation cannot be located. I have called the tech number four times and they keep telling me they don't know why it is saying that because the reservation does exist. They say they will work on it.
It has been three weeks and still nothing is resolved. I hate to call again. I feel like a pest. How important is having both rooms listed in the account? I mean is this something that could cause us mega problems should the FP+ program be in full effect by our trip in november? I do have the hard copies for both reservations but I'm wondering if this MDE problem will have an affect on getting the magic bands for each of our travel party? I hope this isn't confusing to everyone because I really need to know if I have to call them again for help that they don't seem able to give me.
