MDE question

During her senior class trip, my daughter used my MDE account and linked in two friends, listed herself as their manager. The trip is over so I want to delete these friends. I want them out of my account so that I am not tripping over them when I try to book FP ... although I don't actually know if that will be a problem? They don't have a ticket.

Friend #1 - when I tried to delete I got a message "cannot be removed because has active admission or plans"

Friend #2 - Are you Sure? Friend will be removed from all existing reservations.


So I went to the "My Reservations and tickets" link, changed the drop down bar to these friends to confirm that they do not have any reservations listed -- no tickets, dining, FP, resort.

Furthermore, I opened up all of my dining reservations and my resort reservation to confirm that I didn't accidentally select one of these friends as a guest. All of my dining has either my family listed, or just me with no named guests listed.


Questions:
1. If they stay in my account, when I go to make FP, if I hit select all, will these two friends be getting in my way?
2. I think I'm safe to delete friend 2. Do you agree?
3. Any ideas on why I can't delete friend #1?
4. Is there a way for me to call Disney to get it cleared out?

1. Yes. For each, you’ll get a notice pop up in MDE that they don’t have park tickets (assuming they don’t) and be given the option to remove each of them. Would be quicker to “select all” and then unclick these two people.

2. Yes. I think that’s the standard warning you get before deleting someone.

3. Does friend #1 have a magic band? If so that can prevent you from deleting her. There is a convoluted way to get her off of your MDE - let me know if you’d like the details.

4. You can try. I think people have has mixed results with this.

I would just call. We had some weirdness among our large family group with 2 rooms and when I called they got it all fixed right super fast!

Is it the same phone number as dining?


I did delete friend 2. Unknown if friend 1 has a magic band.
