MDE question

I've had trouble linking my reservations in MDE on my iPhone, although they show online. I've called Disney IT, but twice I got someone nasty and unhelpful, and I'm usually good with tech stuff. I've done the log out/log in, uninstall/reinstall dance, to no avail.

While googling for answers, I found one lone bit of info that said the app won't link until you're within 365 days. I've never had reservations this far out before, so I've never experienced a problem, but I'm currently 395 days away (and booked at 450 or something like that - the torture!), and it's frustrating to not see my reservation in the app.

So... is it true that the app doesn't connect to the reservation until 365 days, or should I try Disney IT again?

If your info is correct on the website, the info will automatically appear on the app according to the timing that is preset.

You shouldn't try to link anything on the app if you've already linked it to MDE on the website. You'll just have to wait because there isn't anything you can do at over a year out from your check-in date.

Ok, so it won't show on the app until I hit 365 days? (I think I tried linking via the app first, then did it online, but it still didn't/doesn't show on the app.)

I would just wait. As long as the website is correct you're fine especially because you are over a year out from your stay.
