MDE Question

I already had a MDE acct and I have a friend that linked up with mine... We are all going together over summer and I'm planning our trip. I have done a few dining reservations through Disneyworld. I'm not sure why that wouldn't automatically link to my MDE. Anyway, I went to my app to add these reservations and it says "Already Claimed this reservation has already been linked to another guests acct". With me being the one set up as the contact why can I not be linked to see them as well? I know my friend has linked them to her app.

I'm not sure but tossing out a guess... It might be because your friend already did it first. If she adds you as one of the guests for the ADR can you see it?

I'm asking her what she can see.
The weird part is when I go to Disneyworld.com and click the "My Disney Experience" link and log in I can see the reservations there. But when I log in to my app on my phone I can't see them and I get that message when I try to link them using the res# and last name.

she sent me a screen capture that shows my name and beside it it says I can add and view all plans. I may just have to call them.

If you can see them on the website and not on the app, it is a glitch. The ADRs are already linked to your MDE. They just aren't showing up in the app.

Screenshot your ADRs and email it to every adult in your group.

Thanks for the info...that's what I figured. I was chatting with Disney a minute ago and they mentioned it looked like I have 2 different MDE accts and one had everything and the other had nothing. But I log in with the exact email and password on both so that couldn't be the issue.
The adults I'm linked with can see the ADRs on their app I just can't see them on mine. And I also have the email confirmations when I made the ADRs.

oh goodness that's so weird! hope they get it sorted out quickly.

Talked with Disney Tech a while ago and he said I had 2 accounts...even though I use the same email and password. One acct had nothing and the other acct had everything. He asked permission to get into my MDE acct and he joined the 2 accts to make one and I was able to log out and log back in and see everything. Problem solved. Just a really weird problem to have my acct duplicate itself all while using the same email and password.
