MDE question

I have the MDE app on my phone and have managed to link my reservation, customise my magic bands etc and link the other members of my family. So far so good!

However, it is showing my husband as being the only one who has park tickets!

We don't have physical tickets as we are booked miles in advance (oct '15)

Any thoughts?

I wouldn't worry. MDE is full of glitches.

We have the same issue! We contacted our TA who said everything was fine but I'm still considering calling Disney to see what's up.

I would call to be certain. On our MDE for some reason each person had two profiles. Magic bands and tickets were under one where, ADRs and FP were under another for the same person. Weird, we called and an tech person had to sort it out. If we hadn't we could have missed vacation time figuring out why some of us could do the the FP and others could not. Or one of us couldn't get in the park or room. Glad I did it over the phone instead of on a park day.

Hmm confused now as it's still doing it. Shows up as 'requires park admission'

I wouldn't worry. MDE is full of glitches.

I second this. I'll bet that if you check again in an hour or tomorrow it will look correct. No need to worry yet if your trip isn't for 15 months.
