Every time I try to log in to MDE, I get this error message:

“Please come back later. We are unable to show your plans at this time.”

I can log in and see plans in the App, but I cannot access MDE with the website. The problem is that I need to link will call tickets to my MDE, but I need to do that on the website and cannot do so. Anyone gotten this and have a fix? Or is MDE just down?
 
MDE website is working fine for me. Have you tried refreshing (F5) or clearing your browsers cache?

You should be able to link the will call tickets using the Mobile app. Select the sandwich (3 bars) icon at the bottom right and then "Tickets and Passes". On the tickets & passes screen, touch the plus (+) sign at the top right.

I have. I’ll try on my hubbie’s computer to see if that makes a difference.

If I try to link in the app, I receive a message that says:
603799

hence the reason I’m trying to link on the website, but am having no luck getting to the plans/ticket page.
 
Try a different browser. If you are using CHROME, try using an incognito tab.
 

I got that message this morning on my phone. So I logged in on my computer & everything was fine. Then I tried again later on my phone and it was working. Very glitchy. It had best not do that to me in a couple of weeks when I'm there trying to snag virtual queue spots!! :oops:
