MDE only giving husband option for Magic Band

Hi Y'all,

I just tried to call Disney, but the wait is 40 minutes! I rented a one Bedroom Villa for January at BLT through a reliable person whom I received 5 raving references for.

I am trying to customize our Magic bands. There are 5 of us. We are all named in the reservation on the website, but it is only giving me the option to customize a magic band for my husband (who is the lead on the reservation). It is also saying ONE Magic Band for the order (not 5)

I can't add and customize (and probably will not be mailed) magic bands for me and my 3 children. Has this happened to anyone? Is there a way to fix it?

You’ll need to call Disney, but of course they can fix it. If the problem involves the reservation, the owner might need to get involved.
 
Thanks. I figured that... I'll email the owner and call Disney on Monday. hopefully the wait won't be that long. Just really strange! It says Magic Bands ordered - 1. And just for my husband!

You could call tomorrow too, but may I just suggest even if the wait is long make sure to get this straightened out by Monday. A whole new ticket structure goes into place Tuesday so between questions and inevitable IT screwups I expect Disney to see increased call volume after that roll out!

There have been multiple reports of similar issues with MBs not showing up for reservations over the past month or so on the main resorts board, my guess is that your reservation is just fine and that it is another wonderful MDE glitch. I have even seen a couple reports of people who were able to customize all their bands but then only a fraction of them shipped so it is something to keep an eye on until you receive everything. Good luck!

It seems as it stands, only one is going to be shipped.... strange.
 
Same issue. My band showed but none of my families bands showed up. We have others so I wasn’t worried about the actual bands but worried about something being wrong with the reservation. Just had to call and they sorted it out.
 
Way back in April we had a somewhat similar thing happen. IT had to manually order the bands. There wasn't anything wrong with the reservation, just with their computer systems.
