MDE not working for changing reservations?

I'm looking at all my reservations for hotels and dining and some of them have the button to change or cancel, but most of them say I have to call to do it. I'm hoping this is a temporary issue that will go away soon? I play around with my hotels and dining a lot before a trip and the call times to do that would be horrible. Anyone else having this issue?

I was able to change a dining reservation this morning with no problem.

I have only been able to change a resort reservation on the website once, a long time ago! Its so frustrating during the long hold times to listen to the message telling you about the option to change your resort reservation online......

Sometimes I call and other times I just cancel and re book. Keep in mind that if you can't see your new reservation online you may not be able to add or drop a day by calling.

Hmm maybe it's just a temporary glitch. Some of my reservations are showing as being able to change just not all of them

I can always see the "change" button but when I select to change it just swirls around a bit and then brings me back to the reservation page. I have tried it with a few different browsers with the same result.

I haven't been able to use the change feature for dining reservations at all. I am also stuck with two reservations to biergarten that are a half hour apart. When I made the second one (via MDE app), it said it would cancel the first because the times were too close. It didn't cancel it and I can't cancel it in the app or any browser. I finally called a couple of weeks ago and the CM said he cancelled it, but it still shows in MDE. I have successfully cancelled other dining reservations using the app.

Also, some ADR that require advance payment (like the luau) or include add-ones (like a Fantasmic package) cannot be changed online.

I was able to change my package online (add a day of tickets) but only on my home computer using Microsoft Edge. (I’m normally a Chrome user.) it did not work on my work conputer which still uses Internet Explorer, or on my phone using Safari.
