MDE Mistake?

Booked online and MDE is only showing tickets for 3 out of 5 people in our party. Is this a common glitch with MDE? Should I be worried? Should I call Disney to make sure everyone is accounted for?

This actually happened to us in 2014 on MDE. We were booked on a package and 2 our of our 5 people were not showing under our tickets. I called IT and they ended up fixing it.
