MDE / Magic Band questions

This is my first time going with magic bands and fastpass+ and I am a little confused,

My parents booked a 2 bedroom at SSR resorts and we are heading there with them 8/17. They have annual passess and their magic bands already. They said ours will be mailed to our house, but we haven't received them yet. Is that weird? We purchased our tickets from UCT and they already linked them to their MDE account and booked all the fastpasses. How can I view them on MDE? I have an old login, but it is not linked to my tickets or reservations.

I believe you get magic bands about 30 days before your trip so I think it is fine that you haven't received them yet.
If your parents set you up on their MDE account, then you would have to be logged on to their account to see your tickets and fast passes.

Our trip starts 7/30 and our bands are being mailed on 6/30, ours tells us the day on MyDisneyExperience under magic bands

Unless your parents put you as the lead person on the reservation, your Magic Bands will get mailed to them, not you.

During the customize process, you can enter any name and valid US address which can be different from the lead.

Huh, I thought it was the same for Magic Bands as for DME luggage tags, which can definitely only be mailed to the lead person.
