Is there somewhere specific I can post questions about MDE related issues?

I am trying to add one family member to my F&F list, and link our resort reservations and I can't do anything. I just get errors or blank screens. I've bern trying all week using different computers, different browsers, etc. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using the app? If so, the app was updated a couple of times in April.

If you're using the website, logout and then back in and see if that makes a difference.
 
I've been trying to link dining reservations for a couple of weeks and can't do it.
Called and verified all my numbers, so that is all good.
Was told the site, especially dining, was having major issues.
 

Disney IT is like the electrical infrastructure in third world countries...most days it works, at least for an hour or two. Rather than deal with the frustration it's best just to call them. They seem to handle the 150 yr. old technology of the telephone with great aplomb.;)
 
Call them. My fiancé had two accounts and I wasn't able to make any FP+ res for him. I called and they got everything straightened out in like 30 minutes (that includes re-booking all my fast passes to include him and double checking dining res and Magic bands as well)

They did a big update recently. Called today to make a resort change & was on hold for over 30 min while 3 different CM's worked to find my ressie (which was completely normal, I had the # for, & showed up normally for me on MDE). They said afterwards the pain was related to the update. Might be causing your problem, too.

Not just dining. All my reservations and AP not showing on MDE. Called and was told I wasn't the only one. They put me on a list for system techs. Hoping it will be resolved soon because it's only 8 days until ADRs.

I'm thinking that could the same reason I'm having issues myself.
 
Oh boy! I just found out, quite by accident, since I figured I would check my husband's MDE and see if the reservations were showing in his account, and lo and behold, there they were! So I went into my account using my email address instead of my user name and I found them. So now after Disney made me change from my email to a user name to sign in a few months ago, I'm back to signing in with my email address to access my MDE. I'm confused why they didn't see this when I called them about the issue. Now I'm wondering if this will affect my other accounts which were linked using my user name? Now that same sign-in using my email address instead of my user name will not work on the APP. I don't get it!
 
Disney website and app have had major trouble for many years. It's never run smooth. Hit or miss from day to day whether it works or not.
 
Same here. I was going to pay off our remaining balance, but the drop-down menus for the payment page (as well as every other page I've looked at) are all messed up. The choices that should be in the drop-down menus are just overprinting on the rest of the content all the way down the page. TBH, I am surprised that hasn't been fixed by now.
 
Is anyone having issues booking ADRs on the MDE app? It asks me for my password and I enter it and it states the user and password don't match and I know for a fact they are correct. I was signed into the app when I tried to book. I can book online fine and the reservations will show on the app but I can't book from it. I called MS to fix it and it still wouldn't work so I deleted an reinstalled the app because that's what I had to do last time I couldn't sign in and now I can't sign in at all. :badpc:
