MDE issues

Is anyone having problems with their MDE? I went on today and everything is gone. It asks for my reservation number but then won't take it because it's in my husband name. his MDE is messed up too.
 
I am kinda panicking. Everything is gone. My room reservations, magic bands and the fast past selections I was able to make for Epcot. All my dinner reservations gone. It's so weird. I am going to have to call tomorrow.
 
Yep. I JUST linked my reservation that we made today to my account. We have two other adults traveling with us and the system won't let me add them. It pops up with a warning about "We are having trouble adding friends right now...please try later".

Ugh, that must be the worst feeling. When I was making my FP+ reservations, there was one day when everything disappeared on MDE but they could see it all on their computers. It all popped back up the next day anyway. But I'd be super freaked out if it were all the things you mentioned. Try to stay calm and hopefully it's all still there, just not visible on MDE for some reason.
 
I finally got it to accept my reservation and to link up our traveling companions (who don't yet have a MDE account, but I'll jump off that bridge another time).

The website is a disastrous joke AFAIC. Not intuitive. Bloated. Slow. Glitchy. I can't blame the "test". The site has been a joke for YEARS. I'm so disappointed in my initial foray back into MDE for this trip that I truly am dreading attempting to link our friends accounts to mine and book FP and ADRs.
 
Yup! Having trouble and was told to call 407 939-7765 for technical help.

We are staying on a relatives DVC member points. He booked for us yesterday and the DVC site was also down. Wound up having to call in. Waited on hold for 35 minutes while listening to a recording every 2 minutes reminding him he could go online to book. :headache:

So both the DVC site and MDE were acting up yesterday.
 
I was on the DVC member site and MDE all day yesterday. Literally. LOL I didn't have any problems, but glitches or down sites can happen at any time.

I wouldn't panic. Your reservations are probably all still there, just not showing in MDE for some reason.

I would check again today, if you didn't already get it fixed.
 
I recently couldn't log onto MDE -- it kept telling me invalid email or password, which of course I knew wasn't true since I've used that combo for years. So I called the number listed when the error message popped up and believe it or not, the tech quickly and easily fixed the issue! Honestly it couldn't have taken more than a minute. Must be she has received a lot of calls:thumbsup2.
 
Just another normal day for Disney's IT department.

It's getting hard to even joke about it anymore, since so much of the guest's vacation is tied to a horribly designed and executed website. :sad2:

Disney should be ashamed of themselves.

Anyone having App issues? Everything is there but if I want to search dining it tells me there is a blip in the sytem try again later. It's been like this for me for the past tweek.

I was getting the same message about the "blip" last week while using the app. I went through the Disney website and was able to make my dining reservations.

I had blip issues earlier today on the mobile app. It happens from time to time. There seems to be some issues with the site in general so either it's maintenance related or they are making some changes. Last night I laughed when someone posted the funny message they got when a dining related page failed to load. I went on to check some menus a few hours later and also got it ("Someone has eaten the page") :rotfl: Tried it again and it's working but I'm on a desktop now so can't vouch for the blip message being resolved.

OP, did you get it sorted out?
 
My ap was "bliping" while I was trying to make dinner reservations while in the park on Friday. My mobile ap never worked properly saying that I was unable to make fast pass plus options when I would sign on my laptop, everything was fine. I did get the concierge to print me out some paper copies with no problem several times. She also hooked me up with two premium rides on one pass, which was wonderful.

Overall, the mobile ap was awful, never worked properly in the parks except for the wait times, they were accurate.
 
yeah the site has been wonky for me the last week or so. When going to try to check dining reservations, some of the functionality isn't working right, like the 'wait' picture that normally swirls around is just missing, and where it usually calculates and shows the results of available restaurants in the header after doing a search isn't working either.

I wonder what would happen if I really tried to find some bugs...
 
Well I called today. Somehow they have a duplicate account and they need to deactivate the empty one. She said the case would be handed over to their tech people and it would be fixed in a couple of days. She said that all my stuff was still in the other account and not to worry.
