MDE issue - Worried I won't be able to schedule FP+ for my husband

My window to schedule fastpasses opens up this week and I'm worried that I won't be able to schedule them for my husband. When I go to "My Reservations", I see him on the resort reservation and all the dining reservations. However, I only see my ticket and my two kids' tickets. He has an MDE account and when I look at his reservations I see all four of us under the tickets. Does that mean I'll have to schedule FPs through his account? Any help is appreciated since I'd rather figure this out before Thursday. Thanks!
 
I just had to call Disney IT to have them fix a similar problem for me. You need to have the 2 accounts linked. You may can send him a "friend request" like on Facebook, or you may have to suck it up and call Disney.

Yup, you have to link the accounts. Once you send him a request and he accepts it (you have to log in to his account to accept), then you will be able to make and alter his and he can do the same for yours.
 
Same thing happened to my dad and me. Except when we sent the "request" to link I was able to see all family members and reservations but my dad couldn't. We tried over and over again. Finally my dad ended up call a Disney rep and they had to fix it on their end.... I guess it was a glitch. We are not yet able to set up fast passes but I'm hoping when we get to that point there will be no other issues.
 

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm thinking I'll call Disney just to be on the safe side. Anyone know what # I should call? Thanks again.

My husband has an MDE account as well. I called and was told this is normal once accounts ARE linked, but not until then (we unknowingly linked ours). They said his ticket is not supposed to be listed if he accessed this ticket with his own MDE account but that all members of the party are available to make reservations for dining and FP+. i have checked and they do appear to all be available.

I think it's just an unintuitive system that leads to confusion.
