MDE is failing again!!!!!!

What's the phone number? If my FPs are actually gone, I think I might cry!

(I though vacations were supposed to be relaxing. WDW is stressing me out!!)

Don't panic...I had an issue where I couldn't even see mine and about 2 or 3 hours later that same day, they returned. I also had FP kick a friend off our Safari FPs. I couldn't get her back in for the time I had so I called tech support and they gave her an all day FP for the Safari. I said all that to say, it'll work it in the end!

The number I called for FP help was (407) 939-4357 just in case you decide to call anyway! Good luck and let us know the outcome.

My trip is in 6 days. Online and phone app of MDE shows: "We cannot display your FastPass+ details right now. You can still add or modify other plans." error message. Chat castmember said she couldnt help. Gave me a phone # and extension. 15 minutes on hold just to find out it was the wrong dept. Now on hold again...25 minutes in. Did I mention our trip is in 6 days!!!

What number did you call? When you go to the Disney website where it says contact us, that's what I use. It's the number for:
My Disney Experience,
MagicBands and
FastPass+
(407) 939-4357

That's the one I use when having FP problems. Chat CMs don't have that "authority" to fix FPs.

Ok.........I'm an idiot. YES, I was using Chrome. I was back in this thread....and re-read some of the comments and realizied I was not using IE on the computer I was accessing...........my MDE works just fine in IE.
