MDE help

We are a party of 8 flying out in 4 weeks - I am having difficulty in seeing everyone on the MDE.
I have everyone but my friends daughter. On her name which I can see it says invitation pending - however my other friends who are also linked can see her and her tickets? Fastpass day is this weekend so looking to get it fixed? Any suggestions? I’ve emailed Disney but no response yet - think a phone call may be required?

We phoned Disney about a mistake we made with MDE. They were brilliant. Sorted it out there and then.
