MDE Help

Hi all,
I know this is not earth shattering, but I cannot seem to change the character icons for my sons on MDE. I went to "Family and Friends List" and clicked on "Update." There is no option to choose their characters. What am I doing wrong? Also, their ages say "18+" and I'd like to change that too, (they are 12 and 14) but I can't seem to do so.

If they have their own MDE account - then you can't change it on yours - you have to change it on their account. I hope that helps.

To change the character you click "my account" then click "change character" right below your name.

If you don't manage their MDE account and they have their own logins, they'll need to log in and change it from their MDE account. It won't be able to be done from yours
