MDE help!!

I m traveling with family and we have some fastpasses and reservations together and would like to share a Memory Maker, but there are 20 of us so the app and website becomes confusing. We are also somewhat concerned about other people accidentally changing our Fastpasses (I have one for the Christmas Parade on the 30th and I will KILL annyone who messes with that).

Is there any way to prevent people from changing our fastpasses other than unfriending them?

I guess we could just unfriend everyone and get photopass cards to add to the original account, but I was wondering if there was another way.

I posted within another thread where you mentioned "unfriending", but on that one I hadn't even thought about memory maker. I REALLY love it and think it's a great value and wonderful keepsake - I'd hate for you to "unfriend" and not be able to include all photos. I hope you can just talk to your group and explain the difficulties of getting your preferred FPs, so emphasize the need to be VERY careful not to change anyone else's!. That doesn't help you any with how slow it is. Honestly, the app is pretty slow and quirky regardless, not sure if removing people from your screens will help much. When the app is twitchy, some people report better luck using their phone's browser and using the web site.

With memory maker, unfortunately as much as I love it, the site for looking at your photos is pretty slow too if you do anything like Enchanted Tales with Belle or Jedi Training, you'll get a card that has shots of ALL participants in the show, not just your own party. I *highly* recommend takings that card to one of the photopass stores (near each park entrance and DTD) to have them add the photos to your account, vs you entering the code and doing it yourself. The photo people can quickly select only YOUR photos, whereas if you load them you get all the strangers too. The photopass site is very cumbersome to scroll thru with all those extra shots clogging up your screen.

For MM we could add them as cards, but then we wouldn't get the ride photos. I have warned everyone, let's just hope no one changes anything!

Unless I'm misunderstanding how it works, they can still get the ride photos with the card. They would just have to go to the counter at the end of the ride to have them added, while having the magic bands means that the pictures get added automatically. If the magic bands were necessary to get ride photos on Memory Maker, then people staying off property wouldn't be able to get them unless they were willing to pay the extra for magic bands.

The only ride without a Photo kiosk is 7DMT. On another Thread, Cais confirmed that only guests with MagicBands have the photo loaded to their MDE account. MM people without a MagicBand are out of luck. People need to know that with MM at $169 they still need to buy MagicBands... or, they should look at the Throwaway room Thread.

Yes, we all have magic bands. Everyone else is staying on-site one night and we have APs,

I just warned them all and hopefully it will work out.
