MDE Help - not getting email notifications

I created an MDE account for my husband so he can help with FPs for the family and to up our chances of getting a PIN code but he is not getting any emails, I checked his Junk Folder and didn't see anything. All the info looks correct in MDE and I even re-entered his information and resaved and nothing. He will never call Disney tech support and I am not sure that I can call regarding his account. Any ideas?
 
I have a MDE account and can't think of the last time I received an email from them other than when I booked or cancelled something. What kind of email are you looking for? If he books a dining reservation for your family, do you receive the notification?

Just not sure I understand fully what you're asking.
 
Booked a dining reservation and didn't get a confirmation email. It is showing up in our itineraries through.
