Was just looking at what dining options are available.
I can log into MDE and see my plans. When I click on dining, I get:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/" on this server.

Did they add another new feature?
I really can't believe they can't get the app to work given that they expect you to use this for everything now.

Expect glitches at any time.
It varies as to exactly what the glitches affect.

You will find that happens a LOT on the various Disney websites/apps/etc. Many older threads on that topic. For a company the size of Disney, no idea how they can have such a bad IT organization, Their websites/apps have far more issues then ANY of the other sites I regularly use.

They have a huge network, with extremely large number of users all hitting the same database. Their IT team has to account for almost every imaginable hardware type. iphone 6-12, android, mac, and windows machines. It is very hard to make something 100% reliable with 6 year old equipment and new equipment.

Go dust off an old Windows 7 copy and do a new install and see how much of the internet actually still works.

I work in IT doing large software applications, I know hard it can be. As long as Disney is expected to support 3 times the hardware and software requirements from users as any other industry, I tend to give them a pass.

I have had the same glitch/error message. Mine still has not gone away and its been a couple weeks. I called IT support and they did not know what the issue was. She thought it was maybe coming from my internet provider. I called them and they confirmed it was not being blocked by them. Seeing your post now confirms it is likely happening on Disney's end.

I tend to give them a pass.
As long as Disney requires you to use their app to manage your ticket, park reservations,, park passes, dining ADRs, FPs if they come back, I don't give them a pass.
I understand the issue with people using years old tech. However, my phone, iPad, laptop and desktop are not old or out of date.
And remember, now Disney is at only 35% capacity so it shouldn't be stressing their networks as it previously had.
