I keep getting a message that says it can’t display my plans at this time. Made a new reservation over the phone today and they said I have to link it in MDE within 24 hours but no way to do that, and can’t get through to customer service
I’ve never heard anyone being told you have to link within 24 hours. Is your ADR day coming up? What hotel did you book? Some like Swolphin sometimes need to wait 24 hours to be able to link.
More likely you missed a few words. The statement is it normally that it may take up to 24 hours to show up in MDE depending on how complex your booking is and the phone CM.
Are you using the smartphone App or the Web page interface as @Dug720 asked? As @gottalovepluto asked which resort did you book?
I talked to MDE support: It's complicated but the short version is that unless I linked in 24 hours I'd lose my park reservations (problem with my reservation meant they had to cancel/rebook behind the scenes).
So, seems like it was a "me" problem not an MDE problem, fwiw.
Here's a tip: They were able to do something to my park reservations to keep them from disappearing while the technical issue gets worked out. They were very nice about it. they couldn't have added new reservations, but they kept me from losing mine due to a technical glitch.
