MDE can't find my booking! I WANT my purple Magicband!!!

LOL. Being the epitome of patience I rang Disney as soon as I booked my holiday in April asking why i couldn't access our booking on MDE. Turns out the computer can't handle anything over 499 days away...Anyway I patienly waited until we are now less than 499 days until the end of our holiday and still nothing is showing-I did find something on the internet saying UK travellers were having some issues with their booking although i can't remember why that was as we booked direct with Mickey himself. Has anyone else had difficulties getting their booking details found on MDE or should I just wait patiently. I'm worried they will run out of purple Magic Bands or worse, think no-one likes them and discontinue them!

When I booked last year you couldn't access the booking on MDE until 360 days out, i think, so you may have been given wrong information?

I was able to acces mine at 400 and something days. Just gotta be patient, it could be up any day now

Thanks Tash-the lovely guy I spoke to when I originally rang said it was 499 days from the last day of your holiday. I'm soooo impatient as my DH keeps telling me!

480 days to go and my booking has appeared-i have my purple MB ordered and can update my "....Sleeps to Mickey" board on the kitchen wall! Thanks to everyone for sharing my angst!!
