MDE app

I made reservations at POR a couple days ago for next October/November. When I go to the MDE app, the reservation isn't listed and when I try to list it, the app tells me the reservation is already linked with my 3 year old son's account. Does anyone know what's going on here and how I can fix it? (preferably without calling Disney)

Unfortunately, in my experience a call to Disney IT is in order.
