MDE app update issues

Hi, all - I've been reading these boards long enough to know that Disney IT brings unique challenges... but I'm wondering if anyone can provide a solution to this one!

When I look at the MDE website, all of my reservations appear correct; but when I'm looking on the app, there are multiple problems - reservations I've canceled that still appear, new reservations not showing up. (One day it looks like I have five different TS ADRs!)

I suspect the answer to this is going to be No... but does anyone know if there's a way I can get the app to reflect the correct reservation info? (I've tried logging out and logging back in, and also tried attaching the reservation numbers manually, to no avail.)

Have you signed out of the app, totally closed out of the app, reopened it and then resigned in?
Anytime I've had issues with it that's fixed it for me.
Also try removing it and redownloading it.
If you have Andriod you can also go in and delete the cache, which will remove all your stored data (which is what it sounds like it's reading).
I don't know of a way to do with an iPhone. Since I switch to my iPhone I've found that just closing the app (totally closing, by swiping up) and then signing back in, has fixed all issues

Ah, I haven't removed and redownloaded - maybe that will do the trick - thanks for the thought!
 
...and of course now my iPhone is misbehaving and not recognizing my AppleID password. Looks like this fix is going to have to wait a day or two - bummer! (Oh, well, my trip's not until April, I guess I've got time!!!)
 

Ha! Got my iPhone back on track, signed out, deleted, reinstalled, fired up the app again... and everything is there and correct... except for ONE missing ADR, which does appear online. I think I'll just assume that's the way it's going to be, and make sure to make a note of that reservation number somewhere else!...
 
I had to reload (swipe down) on my plans screen to have it refresh to update to that day. I did this yesterday 12/4/17 as it hadn't been refreshed since 11/16/17. I made changes in between those times so I experienced the same issue.

I assume the other suggestions above will also work but just keep an eye on that and try to refresh almost every time you go to your plans section and you should be good.

I've refreshed regularly since I noticed that issue, too, but no go.

Mine's been doing this for weeks. I just use Safari now.

Seems that might be my best bet, too - thanks for confirming that I'm not the only one!!!
