Just an FYI: if you are planning on running the new iOS13 beta on your iphone or ipad, be warned. The My Disney Experience app does not work correctly. I can not get into any of my plans. That means you can not view your resort info, tickets, fastpasses, photos or order mobile ordering (you can't sign in). The main part of the app works fine;IE: the maps, wait times, hours, etc. This is one of the hazards of testing an iOS before they work out all the bugs. It is difficult and time consuming to role your phone back to iOS 12, so I am putting up with it (we have 3 other phones running iOS 12.3.2) and I placed a link on my link to My Disney Experience web page on my home screen- which acts primarily just like the MDE app. I just wanted everyone to be aware of apps not working correctly. Unfortunately, we leave in 10 days, so there is no fix to the bug before we go.

I’m an I.T. Guy so I test the betas on my iPhone so there are no surprises when it gets release for our employees. We are 37 days away from our trip so I’m holding out hope that they release an updated app that works with ios13. The popup message says they are working on it but that may just mean they will have it ready for release. They should be on the gold master beta by the time we leave but I will roll back to iOS 12 if it still doesn’t work. I use the Disney app so much when we are there and I will be very frustrated with it crashing every time.
