MDE app not working?

Starting to plan for our October trip and for the last two days, I have not been able to get MDE app to work on my phone. I can log in on my computer just fine. The app looks like it is going to come up and then reverts back to home screen on my phone. It may have been going on longer, I just honestly had not tried to use it recently.
Anyone else experience this?
any tips to making it work again (besides restarting my phone which I have already done)?

When I've had that problem with other apps, I've deleted and reinstalled them, and had success getting them to work fine.

OTOH, I've seen a few posts here stating that the latest upgrade of the app hasn't worked well or at all on some cellphones including iPhones and Androids. It works fine on my iPhone SE, though.

Fully delete the app then redownload it

I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. My daughter had the same problem when we were at DS last week. Unacceptable!

How old is your phone and what version of the operating system is it running? There was an update to the app several months ago that requires Android version 5 at a minimum. Older phones and tablets using version 4 can no longer run the app.

Make sure you have the most up to date app version.

It might be your phone operating system is too old and not compatible? The MDE app is working fine for me

I am having the same problem. I have an iPhone 7 on the newest software. App isn't useable at all. I called Disney and they put in a ticket with the app team for me. We will see. We leave in two weeks and it is very annoying if the we won't have the app.
