MDE app not accurate

Just noticed my reservations on MDE app do not match the reservations in my disney account when logged on from PC. The PC reservations are correct.

On the MDE app a Fireworks Party is missing and when I try to link it states it is already linked.
Also two dining reseravations that I have cancelled months ago are still appearing on MDE app and when I try to cancel on MDE, it states I have to call. I have refreshed the app several times and it still does not correct.

Has anyone else had these issues with MDE app and if so how did you resolve them ?
 
It’s always been super glitchy in my experience - if in doubt, I sign into the internet on my phone.

I have the exact same issue. Logging in on my laptop reflects all changes that I have made to FP's and ADR's but ap on my phone reflects the old info. Been like this for 4 days now.
 

I've seen some of the same kinds of things with my trip that starts tomorrow. In one instance, I have our group split up (4FP for Dinosaur, 2FP for Everest) and it showed as 5 and 1 on my computer. Went out and back in and if corrected. As stated, the whole thing tends to be glitchy at times.
 
I uninstalled and re-installed the App. The cancelled dining reservations went away, like they should, but the Dessert Party is still missing and when I tried to link got the same message that the reservation is already linked.

So I called Disney. They asked if I had the most recent version, which I had. They asked me to uninstall than re-install, which I told them I just did. They could see the reservation # on their end and that it was linked to my account.

They had no idea why it is not showing. The cast member was sending a "ticket" further up the chain of their IT department. The cast member basically just stated, don't worry about.

Really no resolution.
