MDE app made me cancel a reservation

I went on app and like magic a res for Ohana popped up. Perfect day and time Sept 26th.at 6:35 grabbed it in my excitement. Had been trying for it for over 3 months. Ok, then it puts my res for Crystal Palace on the 25th on the top and says I have to cancel it or I can't get Ohana. I said " oh well. So long Crystal Palace" I am so happy to have a res at O'hana that I don't even care.Just wondering if this had happened to anybody else. Cancelled a reservation on the day before to get the one you really wanted? Silly app

There's no reason for that to happen. Are you sure your CP was on the 25th? And are you sure Ohana is on the 26th?

Positive that my Crystal Palace was on Mon the 25th, it was our MK day. I had everything wrote down from the website. I see now that the MDE app can do strange things. As someone else said. It can be quirky at times. I am so happy with O'hana that I won't miss Crystal Palace res. It wasn't a must do anyway. Hope it makes someone happy to get CP, it must have been meant for them. I call that some Disney magic.

I forgot to mention that I was sent 2 confirmation e-mails.
The 1st one was for cancelling the CP res dated the 25th.
The 2nd one for res confirmation for O'hana for the 26th.
The MDE app does some rogue things.lol

Did you try to go in and get Crystal Palace back?

Yes, but it didn't show up. Will just go with what we decide to do. Might go to Columbia Harbor House. It had been a while since we have been there. I am just so happy with O'hana the next night.
