Our trip is in a couple of months and I've been trying to check out Genie on the app and play around with it a bit. I keep getting a message I have a weak or no internet connection. Not sure why because I have cellular service and it works fine for everything else. Anyone else run into this, I've tried playing around with my phone settings, restarting the phone, etc., nothing seems to help fix it.
