Have AP's linked to my MDE. We have activated and used them. Don't expire until 2020. But when I go into my MDE they have disappeared. Is this a common glitch. Will it affect my making FP's

Happens all the time. Log out, kill the app, log back in or try the website. They will reappear.

Yeah, that.
The app is notorious for appearing as if you are signed in, but you really are not. You have to sign out, in order to sign back in. That usually fixes it.
I would also look at the website
