MDE and two different ticket types?

I plan on activating an AP on a Saturday, while my friend (who is on my reservation with me) is not arriving until Sunday evening. So I'll have two park days before she arrives. So I'll have an AP, and she'll have a 5 day PH. We'll purchase the tickets in advance (100 days out) from SOG.

How does that work for FP+ at 60 days out? She does NOT have her own MDE and will not have it- she barely has a flip phone.

Sorry for the questions about this- I've never considered an AP before so have always had the same tickets as my party- and they've been children. I've never been to WDW alone. I am looking forward to two days alone in the parks, well more like 1.5 days, and it will be a Sat/Sun for those days so I'd like to have FP+.

When your window opens, book FPs for both of you.

Ticket types don’t matter; it’s valid ticket entitlements that allow FP booking,
