I want to make sure I do things in the correct order.
1. I have an existing MDE account and I've used it for years to organize trips for myself/hubby/son - so familiar with the process
2. I am going to Disney in May, staying with a friend at the Swan, she is there for a conference.
3. We are tacking on 3 additional days at the Swan after the conference. and I already know I will have to manage all of our LL/Dining etc (and that is fine)
How do I get her reservation attached to me? (1 room / 2 people) so I can make our ADR / LL / Memory Maker
1. She creates a MDE account
2. Adds the conference reservation number and the extra days, if there is a separate number
3. Requests to link to my MDE (which I set to searchable)
Am I missing anything? Other steps or red flags?
