I made my reservations for POP resort this morning and my tickets and I went to MDE on my phone and it says I have no reservations? Should I call Disney or does it take time to update on MDE? Thanks!
Some times our reservations are there immediately, other times I have to enter our confirmation number and then it pulls it right up. Have you been able to try that?
I've been told on the phone with by a very helpful CM who was providing internet support that your MDE account on the website is more reliable than the app. This held true both for seeing my reservation and for making ADRs at 180+10 days. To help see my reservations in the app, she simply had me log out of the app and then back in while we were on the phone. That seemed to help because once I did my reservation changes showed up.
Thank you I tried linking it on my phone and said my reservation is linked to another account? I tried logging and coming back out and I will try it on my laptop and see what happens. Thanks so much!
